This is a hand-loomed cotton/linen cloth 
embroidered with silk decorative motifs. The
Uzbek/Lakai word for this type of cloth is
'loli nosh', which means food or bread cover.
The back (see detail photo) is lined with a striped 
Russian cotton cloth.
